PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a neck fomentation pack is provided, which can foment the whole neck and allows continuous fomentation during exercise. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a neck fomentation pack comprises: a step of overlapping a first main body(10) and a secondary body(20); a step of welding the first and second inside edges; a step of welding the first and second end edges; a step of placing the location of first and second end edges and first and second inside edges to first and second body inner side by turning inside out the first main body and secondary body; a step of welding the edge of the first and the second injection projection; a step of injecting regenerative agent through the first and second injection projections; and a step of welding the entrance of the first and second injection projections.
