The present invention relates to a cooking pan capable of reducing odor and smoke generated during cooking, wherein the cooking pan comprises: a dispersion plate which is installed under and distanced from the center of the bottom surface of the cooking pan and forms an exhaust space part; and an exhaust pipe through which the inside of the cooking pan communicates with the exhaust space part. The cooking pan provided with an exhaust device forcibly exhausts and burns odor and smoke by pressure difference between the inside and outside of the cooking pan and flow of heat applied to the dispersion plate placed under the bottom surface of the cooking pan, thereby remarkably reducing unpleasant odor, smoke, and carbon dioxide.
