A method, device and system for reporting measuring result of a Closed Subscriber Group (CSG) cell are provided in the embodiments of the present invention. The method for reporting measuring result of a Closed Subscriber Group cell comprises the steps of: measuring the signal quality of the Closed Subscriber Group cell, and obtaining the measuring result; generating a measuring report comprising the reporting measuring result of the Closed Subscriber Group cell, wherein the measuring result comprises Global Cell Identification of the Closed Subscriber Group cell; sending the measuring report to the network side. The method, device and system in the embodiments of the present invention can report the measuring result of the CSG cell to the network, and the network side makes the switching decision according to the measuring result reported by a terminal and switches the terminal into a more appropriate cell to continue carrying the present service. At the same time, the reporting of the measuring result for hybrid accessing into a neighboring cell and the neighboring cell measuring result of a GERAN macro cell by the prior art is also compatible.
