PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag holder which can hold not only a tote bag with the small loop diameter of a carrier part such as a plastic grocery bag but also the tote bag with the large loop diameter of the carrier part such as an eco-friendly bag with the upper opening opened. SOLUTION: A bag holder is composed so that two or more auxiliary locking parts 6 which can lock the carrier part 2 of a tote bag B at intervals in the vertical direction of these supports 4 are arranged side by side in a line on right and left supports 4 and the tote bag B where the loop diameter of the carrier part 2 is large and an upper opening 1 cannot be held in an open state even if this carrier part 2 is locked on a usual locking part 5 can lock this carrier part 2 selectively on two or more auxiliary locking parts 6 according to the loop diameter.
