PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading device which can arrange a portable audio apparatus on a wall surface in such a manner that the portable loading device can be prevented from falling, can properly protect the portable audio apparatus and can make the portable audio apparatus easily operable. SOLUTION: A guard 210 of the loading device 1 is provided so as to surround an operation face 91 and respective side faces 92 and 93 with a predetermined distance placed from the portable audio apparatus 9. Therefore, even when a body collides with the guard 210, the body is prevented from touching the operation face 91, and an operator 95 is prevented from erroneously operated. Even if the portable audio apparatus 9 is vibrated by being touched, the guard 210 prevents the portable audio apparatus 9 from falling. Since the guard 210 is freely attached and detached, even if the operator 95 is located at a part surrounded with the guard 210, the portable audio device 9 is easily operated without being detached by detaching the guard 210.
