The assembly has a support (2) integrated to a speaker (1) and fixed to liner elements of a passenger compartment of a motor vehicle by a fixation unit (4), where the liner elements are formed of a body panel (3) and an ornament panel (5). An uncoupling unit for uncoupling the speaker from the support is active when force exceeding a predetermined value is applied on a face of the assembly opposite to the passenger compartment. The uncoupling unit is a less resistance line (6) comprising recesses distributed regularly on the line.
