<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of accurately evacuating birds even if solar light is unavailable. <P>SOLUTION: This bird evacuation system includes: an imaging section intermittently taking images of a predetermined space region; a bird detection section detecting birds existing in the predetermined space region from images obtained by the imaging section; an output section outputting a detection signal when the bird detection section detects the birds; and a stroboscopic illumination section receiving the detection signal from the output section and applying stroboscopic illumination to some of blades or the whole blade of a rotor having blades. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
