PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered optical film having less brightness spots, hardly sticking to adjacent components, and preventing clip fusion from developing when stretching it.
SOLUTION: This optical laminated film, composed of a support layer and a light diffusion layer produced in contact with it through a co-extrusion method, is characterized in that: the support layer consists of a biaxially orientated polyester substantially containing no fine particles and is a layer substantially containing no voids; the light diffusion layer consists of a copolymerized polyester having a melting point lower than the polyester of the support layer by 5-50°C and is a layer substantially containing no voids; the average particle diameter d50 of the light diffusion particles is 1-30 μm; the thickness of the light diffusion layer is 0.1-0.9 times the average particle diameter d50 of the light diffusion particles; the surface of the light diffusion layer has projections made of light diffusion particles; and the average height Rz of this surface is 500-20,000 nm when measured at ten points.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
