PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation button device which reliably prevents malfunction and has excellent quality and operability when operation equipment with a cursor button is used in a seat terminal device or the like arranged and installed at a moving body, such as an airplane. SOLUTION: The operation button device includes: a center button 601 to operate a first switch 613; the cursor button 602 to operate a plurality of second switches arranged and installed in the circumference of the first switch 613; a substrate 618 on which the first switch 613 and the second switches are mounted; and an elastic body 612 which is arranged and installed on the substrate 618, and on which the center button 601 and the cursor button 602 are placed. In the elastic body 612, the center button 601 is placed on one end surface 612b of a columnar placing part 612a, and on the other end surface 612c of the placing part 612a, projections 612f, 612g are provided which are continuous to the inside of the outer periphery 612e or continuous from the outside of the outer periphery 612e to the inside.
