<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which is easy to operate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A projector 1 includes a housing 10, an operation panel 20, and a panel rotating mechanism 30. In the panel rotating mechanism 30, a panel side insertion portion 32 which has a cylindrical outer surface and is provided on a base end surface 21 of the operation panel 20 is inserted into a housing side holder 31 which has a cylindrical inner surface and is provided on the housing outer surface 11 to hold the operation panel 20 on the housing 10. The outer surface of the panel side insertion portion 32 is provided with a first pin 51 projected in radial direction and a second pin 52 whose projection size is larger than that of the first pin 51. The housing side holder 31 is provided with a groove 311 for positioning the first pin 51 and the second pin 52 and a stopper 60 which can restrict the movement of only the second pin 52.
