PURPOSE: A filtering device is provided to have super high speed filtering functionality and backfresh function by preventing various kinds of contaminants from flowing into the water and remarkably improving filtering performance. CONSTITUTION: A filtering device equipped with super high speed filtering functionality and backfresh function includes a floc forming bath(10), a filter tub(20), a blasting part for backwashing, and a sludge thickener(30). A guide tube(11) passes through the sidewall of the filter tub from the floc forming bath. An exhaust line(260) includes an upper discharge pipe(220) arranged on the first screen and a bottom outlet(270) arranged under the second screen. The contaminated water transferred to the guide tube is filtered through the porosity floating member and discharge the processing water to the upper discharge pipe.
