摘要 The functional composite material useful in adsorption and catalysis processes, comprises a carrier (1) comprising a structured boundary layer (3) with a lower limit (4), an upper limit (5) and a medium barrier (6) alternating between the lower and upper limit at the surfaces turned to a functional surface material (2) of the composite material. The carrier has an interconnection depth (D) between the lower and upper limits. The medium barrier is formed as coherent sequence of superficial formations of the carrier with gaps, where each formation has a height (h). The functional composite material useful in adsorption and catalysis processes, comprises a carrier (1) comprising a structured boundary layer (3) with a lower limit (4), an upper limit (5) and a medium barrier (6) alternating between the lower and upper limit at the surfaces turned to a functional surface material (2) of the composite material. The carrier has an interconnection depth (D) between the lower and upper limits. The medium barrier is formed as coherent sequence of superficial formations of the carrier with gaps, where each formation has a height (h), which is equal to the interconnection depth. The formation and gap are present in the horizontal breadth (B) of the boundary layer corresponding to the interconnection depth. The formations comprise a first breadth in the area of the lower limit and a second breadth in the area of the upper limit, where the second width is different from the first width. The medium barrier runs on the horizontal width repetitively at the lower and upper limits. A length of the alternative medium barrier is 1.3-2.5-times to a length of a uniform medium barrier of the carrier. The interconnection depth has a value of 5-60 pm. The formations are formed as isotropic pattern with a rectangular, trapezoidal, dovetail and/or wavy contour or as an array of knobs with a bell-like, reverse or straight truncated pyramid and/or mushroom-head-like contour. The carrier is a metallic material, a ceramic material, a glass material, a pipe, a sponge or a sheet metal and has a plate-shape. The surface material is an adsorbent, a catalytically active material, an insulator, an electrically active material, or a corrosion and/or an anti-fouling cover. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of a functional composite material.
