PURPOSE: A half cutting device for producing electronic product operation panels accurately move a material without noise, friction and abrasion using a linear motion guide device. CONSTITUTION: A half cutting device for producing electronic product operation panels comprises a blade plate(20), a moving plate(30), a supporting plate(50), and cylinders(32,34). The blade plate is fixed on the top of a frame(3). The moving plate is installed on the blade plate and is carried according to the operation of the cylinder. The supporting plate places materials, to be cut, on the top of the moving plate. The cylinder is located on the lower part of a stop position of the blade plate. The cylinder ascends and descends through a through hole. The cylinder pushes up a supporting plate and cut material using the blade plate. |
