<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive storage instrument which can quickly store cords and earphones. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cord engagement portions 5 are formed in such a way that longitudinal right and left parts of a buckle body 1 are extended at positions upper than the middle part of the buckle body 1. Cord insertion spaces are structured at lower parts of the cord engagement portions 5. Cord guide notches 7 are provided to guide parts of cords 13 to both left and right sides of the cord engagement portions 5. The buckle body 1 in which cord engagement holes 8 are formed continuously to the cord guide member 7, and a band 10, are engaged and connected, and the band 10 is wound around a mobile audio device 16 for setting the buckle body 1 on the back side of the audio mobile device 16. The cords 13 connected to a jack 15 are wound around the mobile audio device 16, and when the cords 13 come near the earphones 14, the cords 13 are inserted into the cord insertion space. Then, the cords 13 are inserted into the cord guide notches 7 that guide the cords 13, and inserted, engaged and winding-stopped in the cord engagement holes 8 that are formed continuously to the cord guide notches 7.
