A control part 35 controls a power generation part 10 to conduct power generation when the detected carbon dioxide concentration is lower than a prescribed threshold concentration Th, and controls the power generation part 10 to stop power generation when the detected carbon dioxide concentration is the threshold concentration Th or higher.
