An IC chip is provided to enable a loyalty point provider to minimize burden about loyalty point by enabling a customer to interchange integrated loyalty point and individual loyalty point according to a proper loyalty point exchange ratio based on a loyalty exchange condition and spend the individual loyalty point in real-time. A smart card(100) is equipped with an integrated loyalty point storing area and an individual loyalty point storing area. A processor interchanges the integrated loyalty point and the individual loyalty point based on the loyalty exchange condition by connecting to a card terminal(110). The loyalty exchange condition includes at least one of loyalty exchange authorization information for determining authorization of interchanging the integrated loyalty point and the individual loyalty point, and a loyalty exchange rate for interchanging the integrated loyalty point and the individual loyalty point. |
