PURPOSE: A data correction device, and a recording medium thereof are provided to reduce the error rate of data transmission by correcting data according to an error pattern and an original packet. CONSTITUTION: A receiving module(11) receives a first packet including first data bits and CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check), a second packet including second data bits and the CRC information, and a third packet including third data bits and the CRC information. A determination module(12) determines an error packet among the first, the second, and the third packets according to the CRC information. A pattern generation module(14) generates a first error pattern, a second error pattern, and a third error pattern by executing the exclusive OR logic operation. A calculation module(13) calculates a compensation packet according to at least one among the first packet, the second packet, and the third packet and the third error pattern.
