PURPOSE: A standing complex tidal generating facility, a floating power plant, a marine city construction business module, and a self-generation energy supply system are provided to protect marine resources by not preventing the flow of sea water. CONSTITUTION: A standing complex tidal generating facility, a floating power plant, a marine city construction business module, and a self-generation energy supply system comprises a sea fixed standing complex tidal power plant system and a system module. The sea fixed standing complex tidal power plant system comprises a fixed lower water tank, a floating water power plant, a platform, and an upper water tank, and a floating air power plant. A water power generator and an air power generator produce electricity using tidal energy. In the system module, ballast is equipped with to the bottom of the floating lower water tank and a sea floating standing complex tidal floating power plant is built and installed in the sea. |
