<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in temperature of a switching element without suppressing passing power of a DC-DC converter. <P>SOLUTION: Driving is switched from driving (operation) only by a one-phase arm UA to a phase arm alternating driving (operation), depending on an increase in temperatures of switching elements 81u, 82u; 81v, 82v; and 81w, 82w.
