<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing deinked pulp from printed waste paper as a raw material, by which the microdivision of adhesive foreign matter can be prevented to lower the COD of drain water, and the deinked pulp small in residual ink content can be produced. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the deinked pulp of printed waste paper includes adding anhydrous crystalline laminar silicate and a deinking agent having a difference of 0 to 3.5 mN/m between a static surface tension at pH 10.5, 40°C and a concentration equal to or larger than the critical micelle concentration (CMC) and a static surface tension at pH 8.5, 40°C and a concentration equal to or larger than the critical micelle concentration (CMC), preferably in an amount of 0.1 to 1.5 mass% based on the mass of absolutely dry pulp, to the dry pulp, and peeling the ink at pH 7.0 to 9.9, in a deinking process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
