PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in image quality due to creep formed on a developing roller without using a special constitution or a member.

SOLUTION: A developer supplying device supplies developer to a developing roller 342 for supplying the developer to a photoreceptor drum 31 in a multifunction machine 1, and includes a supplying roller 343, a creep information detection section 185 and a developer supplied amount adjusting section 183. The supplying roller 343 is a member which can supply the developer to the developing roller 342. The creep information detection section 185 is a means for detecting the creep information regarding the creep in the developing roller 342. The developer supplied amount adjusting section 183 is a means for adjusting the supplied amount of the developer to the developer roller 342 from the supplying roller 343 based on the creep information detected by the creep information detection section 185.
