PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cover frame hardly deflected downward without impairing appearance of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is provided with a cover frame 4 for covering a fixed frame 3. The fixed frame 3 and the cover frame 4 are respectively provided with through holes 3c, 4b penetrating therethrough. A fixing member 10 is mounted in the through holes 3c, 4b. The fixing member 10 is inserted to both of the through holes 3c, 4b. A lower face of the fixing member 10 is constituted to be flush with a lower face of the cover frame 4.
