PURPOSE: A device for adjusting the pressure of a cushion pin of a press is provided to deliver uniform pressure to a blank holder by adjusting the partial forming pressure of the cushion pin. CONSTITUTION: A device for adjusting the pressure of a cushion pin of a press comprises a cushion pad(20) which vertically slides under a bolster(12) of the press, a cushion pin(30) which presses a blank holder(14) placed on the top, a sensor unit which detects the distance from the blank holder, a pin lift unit which individually controls the pressure of the cushion pin, and a control unit(60) which controls the pin lift unit by computing the output of the sensor unit.
