<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting non-small cell lung cancer using a differentially expressed gene. <P>SOLUTION: The method for diagnosing non-small cell lung cancer or a predisposition to develop the non-small cell lung cancer in a subject includes a step of determining an expression level of a non-small cell lung cancer-associated gene in a biological sample derived from a subject.
