PURPOSE: A device for cutting and mixing food garbage in a food garbage disposer is provided to cut and agitate the food garbage efficiently, and to prevent emission of bad smell etc due to the food garbage while offering convenience. CONSTITUTION: A device for cutting and mixing food garbage in a food garbage disposer includes a housing(13). The housing has a gas outlet(14), a food garbage inlet(15), and a food garbage outlet(17). The housing further includes a sealing member(23) inserted between an upper member(19) and a lower member. The device further includes a cutting bracket(31) and an impeller(33). The cutting bracket is fixed n an inner wall(35) of the housing. The impeller is coupled on a rotary shaft(51), and an o-ring(53) seals the impeller, the rotary shaft, and the housing.
