PURPOSE: An exterior panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent deformation caused by a bubble by minimizing bubbling generated when a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: An exterior panel comprises a first board(10), a second board(12), a board(20), a fiber sheet(70), and packing members(50,52). The board is adhered between the first board and the second board. The fiber sheet attached on one surface of the board discharges a bubble to the outside when the board and the first and the second boards are thermocompressed. The packing members are inserted in the edge of the first and the second board. The packing members prevent foreign materials, moisture, and dust from flowing into a gap between the first and second boards, and reinforce coherence between the first board and the second board.
