A temporarily positionable device includes a temporarily positionable body and an attachment mechanism formed integral with the temporarily positionable body. The attachment mechanism is to attach to body tissue. At least one fastener has a deployed position and an undeployed position. An applier is used to move the fastener from the undeployed position to the deployed position.
