PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor that acquires information which is to serve as a reference for shading correction, with not only a simplified configuration but also is able to acquire with high degree of accuracy, and to provide an image processing program. SOLUTION: A proportion of a reference plate pixel value indicated by the pixel value information acquired is calculated for each pixel, by carrying out photometry of the reference plate on a correction subject pixel value, indicated by the stored correction subject pixel value information, from among a plurality of the calculated proportions; the reference plate pixel value from which the proportion outside a predetermined range is calculated is corrected by using the correction subject pixel value; and the pixel value of an original document indicated by the pixel value information, acquired by carrying out photometry of the original document by means of a photometric means, is corrected by using the corrected reference plate pixel value.
