<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the unfired yellow soil brick, and the yellow soil brick prepared by the method are provided to save energy by omitting the firing process, thereby improving economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the unfired yellow soil brick comprises steps of screening yellow soil by size and preparing yellow soil by a water content less than 10 wt%; preparing a mixture comprising yellow soil, san, cement, ash and a polymer additive; adding an additive comprising a water-reducing agent, an inorganic solidifier and water to the mixture and kneading it; and molding the knead and drying it. The polymer additive comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of cellulose and poly(vinyl alcohol).</p> |
