PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor and a method of manufacturing the same capable of reducing ESR and improving capacitance. SOLUTION: An anode foil and a cathode foil, with an oxide film layer formed on the surface and a separator containing a compound having a vinyl group interposed therebetween, are wound to form a capacitor element which is then subjected to restoration formation. After that, the capacitor element is immersed into solution dissolved into ketone system solvent of not higher than 10 wt.% of polyimide silicon; the solvent is evaporated at 40°C to 100°C after the capacitor element is raised; and then, heat treatment is performed at 150°C to 200°C. The capacitor element is immersed into mixed liquid of polymerizable monomer and an oxidizing agent; and polymerization reaction of conductive polymer is generated in the capacitor element to form a solid electrolytic layer. The capacitor element is placed in an enclosure case; and the open end is sealed by a sealing rubber to form a solid electrolytic capacitor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
