<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal whisker cutter enabling the whiskers of a relevant animal to be cut off without terrifying the animal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The animal whisker cutter comprises a cutting part 3 for cutting off whiskers A and a guide part 4 having a guide hole 24 via which whiskers A are guided to the cutting part 3. In this cutter, the guide hole 24 is formed so as to make the tip of the guide part 4 and the cutting position of the cutting part 3 communicate with each other, wherein the tip side is tapered with divergent diameter and also formed compressibly in its longitudinal direction. This cutter is so constructed that, in cutting off whiskers A, the guide hole 24 becomes compressed longitudinally and the tip of the guide part 4 and the cutting position of the cutting part 3 come relatively close to each other.
