Physical training ring with internal illumination

摘要

The training ring is rotated about the body during physical training and incorporates an electrical generator driven by the rotation of the ring, via a drive cog and an intermediate gearing. This provide the electrical operating current for an internal illumination lamp. The current is provided by the generator independent of the direction of rotation of the training ring, with the level of illumination of the lamp dependent on the rotation rate of the ring.
