<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional terminal device that a conductive wire part of an external cable might fall off a pinching part of a conductive plate member and a square-cylinder ring metal fitting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the terminal device provided with square-cylinder ring metal fittings 2 each inserted into a lower horizontal plate part 1c2 of a hook part 1c of the conductive plate member 1, and screws S each inserted into a through-hole 1a1 drilled at a horizontal plate part 1a of the conductive plate member and screwed into a screw hole 2a1 formed at a top part 2a of the square-cylinder ring metal fitting, when a locking member 5 to which the external cable W is connected through a crimp terminal 6 is connected to the conductive plate member, a block base part 5a of the locking member is pinched by the conductive plate member and the square-cylinder ring metal fitting 2, and at the same time, a locking convex string 5b of the locking member is so structured to be locked to the square-cylinder ring metal fitting 2. Since the locking convex string 5b of the locking member is locked to the square-cylinder ring metal fitting 2, the locking member to which the external cable is connected through the crimp terminal can be prevented from being pulled out of a terminal device body.
