<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which enables to obtain a recorded matter excellent in fluorescence intensity, for example, fluorescence intensity for detection of the front and back of mail and in color-developing ability, for example, color-developing ability for readout of barcode information, and a recording method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition at least comprising C.I. Acid Red 52, C.I. Acid red 92 and C.I.
