<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal system for performing the copy and paste of data by a simple operation between a plurality of information terminals while maintaining a security level without generating the complication or cost increase of structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the information terminal system, first information terminal equipment is provided with a radio communication means for communicating with second information terminal equipment by radio, and the second information terminal equipment is provided with: a radio signal level measurement means for measuring the level of a radio signal to be transmitted by the radio communication means; and a terminal specification means for specifying the first information terminal equipment based on the measurement result of the radio signal level measurement means.
