摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively charged two-component developer, that excels in charge maintainability, even after printing 2,000,000 sheets having a size equivalent to an A4 size, capable of obtaining high image density, and capable of reducing fogging in a nonimage part, and to provide an image forming method and an image forming apparatus which uses the developer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This positively charged two-component developer comprises at least toner and a carrier, where the toner containing a binder resin, a coloring agent, a wax and a charge control agent; the binder resin contains at least a polyester resin and an addition polymerization resin grafted with a polyolefin; the content ratio of the wax to the addition polymerization resin grafted with the polyolefin is 40:60 to 80:20 for the ratio of the wax to the addition polymerization resin, grafted with the polyolefin; and the carrier is a magnetic powder having a coating layer containing a silicone resin having a methyl group.
