An apparatus for stimulating circulation is provided to promote acupuncture spot and simply and efficiently use. An apparatus for stimulating circulation is an apparatus which promotes acupuncture spot of hands and foots using frequency (sound source). The apparatus comprises a output unit (10) and control box (20). The output unit generates stimulation and comprises a vibrator (11) and line (12) which is connected to the control box. The control box comprises an output signal controller (21), sound-frequency distributor (22), power source (23), interface connector (24), signal amplifier (25), and basic signal generating program (26).
