<p>A vertical microinjection machine includes a base (1), a drive unit,a plasticizing unit, an injection unit and a mould closure system which are mounted on the base (1), wherein the closure system includes a lower mould clamping plate (2) which is fixed on the base (1) by a frame mounted on the base (1), an upper mould clamping plate (3) which can move up and down relative to the lower mould clamping plate (2) and two independent mould closure drive units which are symmetrically mounted on the base (1). Each mould closure drive unit includes: thrust rods (5), a transmission mechanism, a screw, a servo-motor (4), a "?"shaped support frame and a linear guide rail. The servo-motor (4) drives the screw, and then makes the transmission mechanism move up and down. Driven by the transmission mechanism, the thrust rods (5) open/close the upper and lower clamping plates (3, 2) and finish the closing/opening operations.</p> |
