<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process planning support device, with which the optimal process flow design solution is designed in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The process planning support device is provided with: a process grouping section 104; a process group flow generation section 105; and a process flow generation section 106. The process grouping section 104 executes grouping processing for a plurality of processes s10 so as to attribute high relevancy ranked processes s10 to a given group, based on a relevance degree 40 which shows the relevancy rank among the processes s10. The process group flow generation section 105 generates a process group flow in which each group generated as a result of the grouping processing is sequenced, based on design information.
