PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a living space without waste. SOLUTION: A first floor 31 is provided on the side of a reversed beam 14A, so that a space can be formed under the first floor 31; and a second floor 32 is provided on the side of a normal beam 16, so that a space can be formed above the second floor 32.
