The invention relates to a roll film cutting device and a roll film packaging container employing the same. The roll film cutting device disclosed in an embodiment of the invention comprises: a base on which the roll film is placed and a wrapper of the roll film is detachably attached; a fixing unit which is hinge-coupled to one end of the base, and is close to the base to prevent the film placed on the base from being moved; and a cutting unit which is movable in a longitudinal direction and cuts the roll film inserted between the base and the fixing unit in a width direction. In the disclosed invention, the roll film is stably and easily cut and of industry standard size, therefore the number of equipment and processes for manufacturing the roll film can be reduced. In addition, the roll film cutting device is detachably installed in the packaging container so that the cutting device may be repetitively used in other packaging containers. |
