The bottle has a dispensing system including a pump (6) mounted in an upper opening. A follower piston (25) is slidingly mounted in a container for bringing a fluid product e.g. perfume, in the pump. The piston comprises a sealed upper lever (26) that is in rubbing contact on a periphery of the container. A neck (2) has a lower extension (29) placed at radial distance from the periphery of the container so as to form a housing (30) between the periphery and the extension. The housing receives the lever, when the piston is in a final dispensing position.
