The ball-type electrode clamps are implemented as a set of balls (16) equal to electrodes number. The electromagnetic coil (4) is located in cover (3). The electromagnetic coil (4) and cover (3) form linear electromagnetic motor (LEMM), which is installed separately from electrode clamps and connected to control unit (19). The plate (5) is fixed to the core (2) while impulsive compression spring (7) is installed between the plate (5), limiting nuts and retaining disc (9). ^ EFFECT: improved welding rate due to electrode wire supply in bundle consisting of several electrodes in program-controllable mode. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg |
