PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable valve train control device for performing highly accurate and inexpensive feedback control of a variable valve train even when the operating conditions of an internal combustion engine or the operating conditions including the operating speed of the variable valve train are changed, and also to provide the variable valve train and the internal combustion engine equipped therewith. SOLUTION: The control device comprises: a state quantity detecting means 602 for detecting the state quantity of the variable valve train 113 and outputting a signal corresponding to the detected state quantity of the variable valve train, as a state quantity detected value; a state quantity estimating means 603 for estimating the state quantity of the variable valve train using a dynamic model for the variable valve train and outputting a signal corresponding to the estimated state quantity of the variable valve train, as a state quantity estimated value; and a coefficient correcting means 1003 for correcting the model coefficient of the dynamic model in accordance with the state quantity detected value output by the state quantity detecting means and the state quantity estimated value outputted by the state quantity estimating means.
