ACRIDINE DERIVATIVES, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND SELECTIVE DETECTION METHOD OF MERCURY ION AND/OR CADMIUM ION USING THE SAME

A selective detection method of mercury ion and/or cadmium ion using an acridine derivative is provided to detect mercury ion and cadmium ion and use as a fluorescence chemical sensor. An acridine derivative of the chemical formula 1 is azacrown-acridine derivative of the chemical formula 2 and azacyacrown-acridine derivative of the chemical formula 3. A method for manufacturing the acridine derivative of the chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of adding the azacrown compound of the chemical formula 5 in a solution of 4,5-bis(bromomethyl)acrydine of the chemical formula 4; a step of stirring at room temperature, filtering, evaporating solvent; and a step of purifying through column chromatography.
