A touch panel and a display device using the same are provided to install a plurality of carbon nano tubes at an interval in parallel in a transparent conductive layer, thereby improving durability of the touch panel. The first electrode plate(12) has the first substrate(120) and the first conductive layer(122) installed on a surface of the first substrate. The second electrode plate(14) comprises the second substrate(140) and the second conductive layer installed on a surface of the second substrate. In a plurality of carbon nano tube structures, at least one conductive layer of the first and second conductive layers is installed with a gap.
