摘要 A method for detecting a Salmonella spp. which is the cause of food poisoning with immunomagnetic Separation(IMS) and immunoliposom(IL) is provided to detect in short time and detect various pathogen by developing specific immunoliposome. A method for detecting Salmonella spp. by using immunomagnetic separation(IMS) and immunoliposome comprises: a step of mixing and reacting a sample which could contain Salmonella spp. with the immunomagnetic bead which is coated with anti- Salmonella IgG; a step of separating the mixture into bead-Salmonella through magnetism and washing; a step of adding fluorescence into the immunomagnetic bead-Salmonella and immunolipsome which is binded with anti-Salmonella spp. IgG on the surface; a step of separating the mixture into immunomagnetic bead-Salmonella-immunoliposome complex and washing; a step of releasing sulforhodamine B, which is a fluorescence, from the immunomagnetic bead-Salmonella-immunoliposome complex; and a step of measuring the fluorescence intensity of released material. The immunoliposom is produced by using modified reverse-phase evaporation method.
