The invention relates to a method, a system and a device for opening and closing a closure element (11), such as a door or cover of a lorry (1) by means of which access can be gained to a load space (3). The access means is normally in a closed state according to the invention. The invention makes opening of the access means possible by allowing a temporary change in the closed state of the door, for example by means of activation by a key or a remote control (62), in which a user can perform a second action in said state, for example pushing on the door (11), as a result of which the door opens. Due to the fact that the state in which the door (11) can be opened is only temporary, the door will mostly be closed, in particular locked. In addition, the closure can be designed without a handle or other engagement means, in particular if an ejector mechanism is used for opening the door.
