摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control a photoreception efficiency of a signal light due to a signal loss and a photoreception element, at an arbitrary position in a light transmission-direction of an optical waveguide. SOLUTION: This optical waveguide 4 is provided with a core part 10 constituted of a translucent material, is formed with an optical path changing mirror 4A for reflecting the signal light from an optical element and for changing an optical path of the signal light at least in the core part 10, and is constituted to transmit the signal light into the core part 10 by the reflection in the optical path changing mirror 4A. In the optical waveguide 4, the optical path changing mirror 4A changes an inclination angleαthereof formed with respect to a core part 10 bottom face in an X-direction, in a cross-sectional shape of the core part 10 cut by a YZ-plane, where a Y-direction represents an optical axis direction of the optical element, a Z-direction represents an advancing direction of the signal light in the optical waveguide 4, and the X-direction represents a direction perpendicular to both the Y-direction and the Z-direction.
