PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase holding power to an extraction load, by reducing an insertion load to a clip body to an installation hole of a mating member. SOLUTION: This resin clip is formed in the form of being inserted into the installation hole 42 of the mating member 40 in a state of joining the clip body 10 to a rib 32 of an installation member 30. The clip body 10 has a pair of elastic arms 20 oppositely arranged in both outside parts of a holding part 12. These elastic arms extend in an inclination of mutually separating outside toward the base part 10B side from the head part 10A side of the clip body 10. Both elastic arms 20 are individually provided with a locking piece 24 extending in an inclination of mutually approaching inside from a skirt part 22 overhanging to the outermost side of respective ones. In a state of inserting the clip body 10 of joining the holding part 12 to the rib 32 of the installation member into the installation hole 42 of the mating member 40, both locking pieces 24 can be respectively locked on both edges of the installation hole, and are also set in a dimension by which an individual tip part 26 does not interfere with a side surface of the rib 32.
